Original apparatus assignments were:



Engine Co. 11 - Penn Daw (Wagon 11)

Engine Co. 22 - Greater Springfield (Wagon 22)

Engine Co. 26 - Edsall Road (Wagon 26)

Engine Co. 27 - West Springfield (Wagon 27)

Engine Co. 28 - Seven Corners, but almost immediately became Engine Co. 11's second piece (Engine 11)

This is River Plaza Fire Company in Middletown Township, not Red Bank.

I believe it's a Thibault body.

That was my thought originally, but Pierreville used dual paddle handles and the rear beacon holders are classic Pierreville.For that era Thibault always used the metal name plates across the front. Corrections welcome.

According to information contained in the Iconografix book on Imperial Fire Apparatus, it had a Thibault body.

Red Bank and Middletown border each other, I believe, but that is about it. Middletown has eleven fire companies. Red Bank has their own FD separate from Middletown. Love the picture.

River Plaza is in fact Middletown Township, NJ (Monmouth County). Red Bank, as mentioned, is a seperate municipalty that is close by
