Ashburn, Virginia’s (Loudoun County) Rescue Engine 6 was this 1996 Pierce Lance 1250/500/20 with job number E9669. Served as a great extrication unit for

Ashburn’s Pierce Lance was sold in 2009 to the Tasley VFD on the eastern shore of Virginia. The Tasley members did a great job getting the Pierce in service, which included some red paint. Glad to see it having a second career with a great department.
