Love the Ranger Strobe light bar. A Texas Original. Arlington, Texas Police used these almost exclusivly in the late 1970's into the mid 1980's. On the other hand Arlington, Texas Fire used the Federal Visa Bar with twin CP speakers on the bar and Federal Q Siren on the drivers side bumper.

Now front line in Norwalk Conn. Was bought to use for tiller training for there new KME tiller that was there first tiller in many many years. The rig was in such good shape that they put it in front line service.
Anyone have any info on this one? Centereach NY Fire Department. I think it was a 1957 ALF. From what I heard they cut it with Hurst tools for trianing when it went out of service. It had a twin that I think was delivered at the same time. Unknown photographer.
While on the way to dinner after church, spotted this 700-Series ALF in rural Wayne County Ohio. This truck was lettered for the nearby Wadsworth, Ohio Fire Department. Kudos to my daughter Polly, who snapped this photo from our car

Looking for information and photographs regarding a 1977 ALF Century 1500 gpm / 750 gallon tank pumper operated by Elgin, IL FD and later in a private collection.
1 of 2 built ... both served with the Toronto Fire Department.
When this apparatus was retired it was sold to the Ontario Fire Buff Associates (OFBA). On November 5, 2016 it was sold back to the TFS for the token sum of $2.00 with an understanding the OFBA may use the truck for special events.
TFS Apparatus Division Chief Rob Anselmi had a plaque mounted on the rig to honor the restoration that was done by the OFBA.
