Money or more tower ladders the cause? Don't think it's a shift in tactics, because they are very useful.

If I was a betting man, I would say no....I took this pic back in 2004.  I'm pretty sure all the 93 and 95 Simon Duplex/LTI Squrts are dx'd.

Aerials with top mount pump panels always crack me up! I would forget about it at "Odark thirty" and that's where you would find me laid out...
