I made some inquiries using GA-Dave's pic....it was for an on-board air cascade system; I assume (and we all know what that happens) that if it was on perhaps the cascade system was full and operating.

Not at all. That pic was taken when it was running out of Station 1. For several years, it was first due from there, with their 1992
E\-One Hush running from Station 2.
