Engine 69 in addition to being in Backdraft was tasked with pumping out the basement of City Hall when it flooded in The Great Chicago Flood in 1992.

Not staffed..brought on an as needed basis with an engine company assigned by the FAO to transport to the scene..on scene haz mat people then will deploy it, using the additional manpower of the transporting unit..usually eng 22
