Wonder what E28 was doing all the way over in Ft. Totten?

Commish, those are a wondeful set of photos!

I live next to Station 31 and enjoy seeing what used to be there and seeing that nothing has changed at 28 except for the trucks.

I caught this one at Station 31 Friday.

Here's Station 28 this past Friday morning just after E-28 backed inside.

Here's Engine 5 (Georgetown) on rainy summer night in Northwest. Not the best "bright light" photo but I liked how the lights showed up with the rainy streets and the stripe on the back quarter. I can't seem to find any data on this engine on any of the websites I check other than guessing it's a E\-One.

Seeing Engine 31's 1964 Pirsch 750/250 infront of E-28 in the earlier photo makes me feel old. That rig was E-31's Pumper when I was appointed to the DCFD and I drove it while it was in reserve. Ugh!!!!!!!! <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/Captain.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Captain' /> <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/3_12_21.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='3_12_21' />
