OK, I'm asking for opinions here. It will be open for one week and automatically closed. I'd like to hear from everyone to make a determination of how to proceed.
I should have put my Crown in this group originally but by accident put it in with the other apparatus thread, rookie mistake.
But here is some pics on the Crown taken today while we had it out for a run and taken in a bay and on the apron thanks to the officers and firefighters of Oldsmar FD. They were great to be around and we chatted quite a bit. One of the firemen lived in California for some time and remembers Crowns. It was a great day for pics.
Here is some info on the Crown.

PS: I will attach one pic first, see how the resolution is, and then attach a couple others, when I post pics to this group they tend to come out huge, and just recently figured out how to downsize them.
Does anyone out there maybe know the where abouts of this 1958 GMC Oren 750 gwt pumper. It served in at Union Bridge Fire Company, Union Bridge, MD. from 1958 - 1980 when it was sold amd replaced by a 1980 Ford C1000 Pumper.. I was told it could be out west or down south.
Doctor S. and myself decided to collaborate on a Fayette County, Pennsylvania thread. I hope everyone enjoys.
Feel free to add, as I don't have very much information other than location and make <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_redface.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> ...
Without further ado:

Recently, there has been an increase in members copying and pasting entire news stories from other websites, specifically news outlets. While there has not been any issue yet, I have visited some of the source websites, and reviewed their terms of use, and found that most prohibit their stories to be reposted on the web. As a result, I must ask that anyone wishing to reference a story on another website post a link, and immediately refrain from copying and pasting the article to Firepics.
I don't know if any of you are in to train photography, but I certainly am. I love shooting trains, especially my local commuter railroad here in Metro NY, Metro North Railroad.
Here are some of my photos, some of them taken today.
I'm very proud of this shot, I've always wanted to add a real Sperry car to my collection, and on my photo hunt today, I shot this one at a siding in Hastings.
As always, all my train and other photos can be seen on my photo gallery, http://www.x635Photos.com
