Yes it looks like it! I do actually remember Engine 19 was using it. Note the 19 magnet sticker on the front.

Seagrave in I think Summer of 1993. They were running out of 399 E.Fort Ave in Riverside at the time.

Seagrave originally Truck 27, also shot inside of E8/T10.
Truck 27 rolling out on a run in 1994. This was the last white & orange rig Baltimore City purchased in its history.
Truck Co. 27 is now located in Pimlico at 46 Engine's House.

T 27 was using Reserve Truck 41 (AKA "Barney"), a 1971 American LaFrance tiller originally from Leesburg FD in Loudoun County, VA.
