Looks like that line is connected to a monitor pipe if you look at it close.

I remember being taught this trick as a rookie by F/F(Tech.) I just got a new computer recently, and every day is a learning experience for me. My mission is to get my fire apparatus photos scanned and digitized and filed. I've been taking photos for almost 30 years now and this is only my third day of playing with it.
