Those are the antennas for the mobile repeaters for DC's 800MHz P25 trunked radio system.

Nine Pierce pumpers, two Pierce hazmat units and I believe 3 trucks being rehabbed by Pierce.

The apparatus committee leaves for Appleton tomorrow to inspect some apparatus. 

Thanks..........I was up their yesterday and had a pretty successful day with about 13 apparatus . Missed Engine 9,17 and 26.All were in Reserves . Anyone have a idea or hint at which apparatus are at least getting new rigs between the split order of Seagrave and Pierce????

Thanks for posting Trey, I don't get back to the 202 too much anymore to catch up on all the new apparatus and stations renovations.

There are 9 Seagrave wagons in production at this time. I've also heard an Aerialscope to replace our Tower, Hazmat Unit, and multiple refurbs.

Where is the heavy wrecker-rotator kept and how is it staffed?

It has been assigned to the Fleet Maintenance Division for multiple years now. They use it as a tow truck. I haven't heard of it being used for rescue-capabilities in many years.

I've seen a few pictures of the newest Piece refurb and its going to Engine 27 in Deanwood.
