In house work?

From DC Fire and EMS Twitter last night.

Interesting that they kept the Philly orange stripe on it...
Probably at this stage, the DCFD needs trucks and that stripe won't make any difference.

A little better picture.

Does anyone know did anyone buy the rights to the eagle chassis?

Any word when the Spartan ERV TDA's might arrive?

Spartan ERV's are suppose to be in this month according to the Chiefs one press conference I read.

Clean apparatus, clean floor, and shiny poles. Nice to see some pride still exists in the Fire service.

Has anyone seen any production or pre-delivery photos?

Haha When I asked that question I was told "one day". I do known DC bought a late model Seagrave TDA that belonged to a FD in Cali.

Reminiscent of when Chief Thomas Tippett purchased some old rigs from Richmond in the 1990s.
Is the used Seagrave in service yet

Is the pre-owned Seagrave going in front line service or reserve?
I stopped into the Firehouse Expo last month and was told that the final inspections were close to happening and the first batch should be delivered within the next few months. The Spartan rep was very nice. The jack spread will be a major change for us, but the trucks will make it work. I asked why no production pictures have surfaced and he didn't know.
