Wow that looks kinda crappy, anybody have any tips as to taking better pics or clearing this up?

Getting an Amertek CL 1000 to respond. All the ones that I have ever been around were always OOS.

I think it means that 4 Engine and the truck look like they are one unit in this pic. That's my take on it!
